This agreement (“Terms and Conditions”) sets forth the terms that govern the relationship between participants (“you”, “client”, or “traveler”) and iamadventure.in (“we”, “us”, or “our”) in connection with all tours, trips, and travel experiences (“Travel”) organized by us.
By booking or participating in any trip offered by iamadventure.in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between iamadventure.in and the participant, superseding any prior verbal or written communication related to the trip.
iamadventure.in acts as the primary trip organizer and operator, responsible for planning, booking, and conducting the Travel. We personally coordinate all accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, permits, and logistical arrangements as part of our service.
“iamadventure.in” or “Company” refers to the travel organizer and operator managing all aspects of the Travel.
“Participant” or “Client” means any person who books or joins a trip organized by iamadventure.in.
“Trip Leader” means the authorized representative of iamadventure.in who accompanies participants during the Travel.
“Travel Package” means the complete itinerary including inclusions, exclusions, and services agreed upon before the commencement of the trip.
“Third-Party Vendors” include hotels, transportation providers, and activity partners arranged by iamadventure.in on behalf of the client.
3.1 Booking Process:
All bookings must be made through our official website, WhatsApp, phone call, or email communication.
3.2 Payment:
We currently do not accept online payments via the website. Payment confirmation is handled directly by our travel team via official communication channels.
3.3 Confirmation:
A booking shall be considered confirmed only when acknowledgment is issued by iamadventure.in through email, call, or message.
3.4 Accuracy of Information:
Participants must provide accurate personal details (name, contact number, ID proof, etc.). Any misinformation may lead to cancellation without refund.
4.1 Inclusions:
Only the services explicitly mentioned in the confirmed itinerary or booking communication are included—such as accommodation, transportation, meals, guide/leader services, and permits.
4.2 Exclusions:
Any personal expenses, optional activities, tips, medical costs, or services not listed as inclusions shall be borne solely by the participant.
4.3 Price Variation:
Package costs may change due to unforeseen factors such as fuel price fluctuation, permit changes, or hotel rate revisions. Participants will be informed of any changes before the trip.
5.1 Cancellations by Participant:
30 days or more before the trip – 80% refund
15 to 29 days before the trip – 50% refund
Less than 15 days before the trip – No refund
5.2 Cancellations by iamadventure.in:
If a trip is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, government restrictions, or insufficient group size), participants will be offered a rescheduled date or a partial refund based on actual costs incurred.
5.3 Refund Processing:
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via the original mode of payment.
Participants agree to:
Follow all safety and conduct instructions given by the Trip Leader.
Behave responsibly and respectfully toward fellow travelers, staff, and locals.
Avoid any activity that may endanger themselves or others.
Carry valid government-issued ID and necessary travel documents.
Disclose any pre-existing medical condition that may affect participation.
iamadventure.in reserves the right to remove any participant for misconduct, illegal activity, or behavior deemed unsafe, without refund.
7.1 Health Declaration:
Participants must ensure they are medically fit for the journey, particularly for adventure or high-altitude destinations.
7.2 Medical Assistance:
While we carry a basic first-aid kit, we are not medical professionals. Participants should carry personal medication and consult a doctor prior to travel if required.
7.3 Assumption of Risk:
Adventure travel involves inherent risks, including accidents, altitude sickness, unpredictable weather, and road conditions. Participants join trips at their own risk and iamadventure.in shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage arising therefrom.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
iamadventure.in shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property, including cameras, electronics, or luggage.
By joining our trips, participants grant iamadventure.in permission to capture photographs or videos during the trip and use them for promotional or social media purposes. Participants may opt out by notifying us in writing before the trip commences.
The consumption or possession of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any controlled substances during the trip is strictly prohibited.
Any participant found violating this policy may be immediately removed from the trip without any refund.
iamadventure.in shall not be responsible or liable for:
Loss, injury, or death due to natural calamities or circumstances beyond control.
Delays or cancellations caused by weather, strikes, roadblocks, or government restrictions.
Any indirect or consequential loss, including emotional distress or missed connections.
Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking.
All disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India and governed by the laws of India.
